Who We Are

FGE is directed by Jim Pfister, who is also the company's president.

Mr. Pfister is degreed in Engineering, with experience in processing/packaging/material handling engineering, project management, business development, and technical training primarily within food, packaging, and consumer goods industries.  He has routinely managed on $40MM in concurrent, multi-disciplinary, multi-location projects, both domestically and internationally.

An author, speaker, and expert witness, Mr. Pfister is also a Past Chair of the Packaging Consultants Council, an IoPP local chapter president, and sits on the IoPP's Packaging Equipment Performance Committee and the Sustainable Packaging Committee. Jim belongs to the NJ Packaging Executives Club, and is a board member for Enter the Outdoors.
